Lord Ganesha Introduction:

Lord Ganesha is the God of New Beginnings, Wisdom and Luck and Remover of Obstacles. He is the son of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati. He is one of the best-known and most worshipped deities in the Hindu pantheon—the god with an elephant head.

Sculpture Information:

Ganesha worship sculpture is located on the outer walls of the Siddheshwara Temple at Toka in Newasa, Maharashtra (India). The temple was built by Peshwas around 1767 in Hemadpanthi style.

Lord Ganesha is sitting on a ram with a pot of delicacy (Modak) in his left hand. he probably has Pasa or his broken tusk.

His mount is sitting near his feet.

A devotee lady is faithfully worshipping the god with flowers.
