In this painting, Lord Shiva is sitting in the middle with his wife Parvati on his left side and his son Lord Ganesha on right. Both mother and son have rested their hands Shiva’s thighs.
Lord Shiva is holding Trisula (trident) and Parsu (axe) in his hands. His serpent Sheshnaga has decorated his head along with the Chandra (moon). Lord Ganesha is holding Ankusa (goad).
Nandi is sitting in front of the family with all his devotion and as a protector.
